What follows is a transcript of Episode One from my podcast: Love Notes From a Soul Coach. You can listen wherever you get your podcasts :)

I was saying to a friend the other day: I feel like I gave birth to twins. Because my book Love Notes From a Soul Coach was just released and I just recorded a podcast by the same name, where we go a little deeper into the themes of the book — essentially what it means to heal and how to support ourselves throughout the process.

I wasn’t exactly planning to birth both of these projects at the same time — but that’s how the timing played out. And even though it’s been a little hectic to balance everything all at once, I’m just deeply grateful that I’ve been able to create physical spaces where my stories can live.

So as I mentioned, I’ve been collecting stories basically my whole life. And I’ve known for a while now that I wanted to create my own podcast. But I found myself committing and giving up on this idea over and over again over the years, for a bunch of reasons that I’m going to explore with you here. I thought I would use myself as a case study to more clearly understand why we struggle to ACTUALIZE our
